FREE 30 MINUTE MEET & GREETS
These are offered to all first time customers free of charge.
The meet and greet service is tailored for your pet and us to become familiar with each other beforehand and for us to familiarise myself with their setup. For the owner it allows for peace of mind, a tour of the property if needed, a run through of what's required and the key handover if necessary.
Dog Walking
I offer regular 1-1 walks & group walks.
With experience in handling larger dogs, those with nervous tendencies and high-energy dogs, I'm adaptable to your dog's specific needs. Please inform me of your dogs requirements and I will do my best to accommodate them. Please note that for group walks your dog must be friendly with other dogs. A solo walk and a slow introduction to the other dogs will happen before starting the group walks. When walking your dog I always carry a portable first aid kit to prioritise the safety and well-being of your dog.

Solo walks: 30 minute = £13 (additional dog = £7), 60 minute = £20 (additional dog = £7)

Drop-ins
Would you like your cat to be kept in their environment to remain happy whilst you go on holiday?
Do your chickens need letting in and out every day?
I offer convenient home visits for 30 minutes, 1 hour or a couple of hours to attend to your pets needs. This could include feeding, administering medication, playtime or letting them out. This service is ideal for owners who may have a long day at work or when your pet requires additional care. Drop-ins are also suitable for cats that perhaps let themselves in and out of the house and just need checking on a few times a day when you are away.

Wedding Chaperone
Would you love to have your beloved dog by your side on your special day? I understand how important pets are as family members, so I offer a dedicated wedding service to ensure your furry friend is included in your celebration seamlessly and stress-free.
My wedding chaperone service includes everything from a complimentary meet-and-greet, stress-free transport, preparation and walks, assistance during photos and the ceremony, flexible drop-off options, and even rehearsal attendance — ensuring your dog is cared for and part of your special day with ease.

Offering a unique service, my wedding chaperone service transports your pets to your wedding for photos, allowing them to be a part of your cherished memories. With my Pet Taxi Service, you can trust that your pets will arrive punctually and safely.

To ensure fairness and allow time to manage schedules and match dogs appropriately, the following cancellation terms apply:
Solo Walks
If you need to cancel a solo dog walk, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled walk.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the walk cost.
This policy reflects the difficulty in filling last-minute solo bookings.
Group Walks
Due to the additional planning required for group walks — including matching dogs by temperament, size, and energy levels — cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur a fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours will be charged 100% of the walk cost, as short-notice cancellations are unlikely to be filled and can disrupt group balance and logistics.

If you need to cancel a scheduled drop-in visit, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice before the booked date to avoid a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will not incur a charge.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled visit will be subject to a fee of 25% of the remaining total cost.

A deposit is required for bookings with a total value over £40. This can be paid after the meet and greet has taken place, but must be received before the booking begins.
Deposits are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances.
Deposits are typically requested for:
Longer drop-in bookings (e.g., twice daily visits for a week)
Ad hoc or one-off walks
Regular ongoing dog walking does not require a deposit and is instead billed at the end of each week or month, depending on the agreed arrangement.

We are happy to accept bank transfer, cash or cheque - whichever method is easiest for you! The remaining balance or total bill for services must be paid within 7 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed.

Please note that due to my insurance I can only look after farm animals that are classed as ‘pets’ and are not commercially used for business purposes. Moreover, my insurance will not pay out on veterinary expenses incurred to farm animals whilst under my care. I can also only care for up to 30 farm animals at one time.
