Meet-and-Greet: An opportunity to discuss your wedding plans in detail and get to know your dogs personally.
Convenient Pick-Up: Stress-free transportation from your home, allowing you to focus on getting ready with peace of mind.
Doggy Day Bag preparation: A fully packed bag with all your dog’s essentials and a few extra items to ensure they’re comfortable throughout the day.
Picture-Perfect Preparation: Your dog will be camera-ready, whether that means ensuring they’re well-groomed or dressed in their wedding attire if required; after the booking ends you'll also receive sweet behind-the-scenes photos of your dog getting ready, creating a special memory to look back on
Pre-Ceremony Walk: A short walk to help your dog relax, stay calm, and adjust to the wedding environment.
Punctual Venue Arrival: Timely arrival at your wedding venue for photos, with an optional chaperone service to keep your pet calm and comfortable throughout the day.
Collaboration with the Photographer: I’ll work closely with the photographer to capture perfect shots of your pet while prioritising their comfort and happiness.
Flexible Drop-Off Options: After the celebration, I can offer transport back home or, if needed, overnight pet sitting to accommodate your schedule.

If you’d like to book extra walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting in the lead-up to your wedding, I’m happy to offer these to help build a strong bond with your dog before the big day.

FAQ’s
Can my quote be bespoke?
Absolutely! All packages are fully flexible and can be tailored to suit your individual needs — after all, every wedding and every dog is unique.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking as soon as you know your wedding date — dog chaperoning is in high demand! I am currently taking bookings for the rest of 2025, and for 2026 & 2027.
How much are additional dogs? It is £50 per additional dog. If an extra chaperone is required, a £90 surcharge will be added to the wedding chaperone fee
My dog is reactive, nervous, or has health needs — can you accommodate?
Yes! Alongside wedding chaperoning, I run an in-home pet sitting service, so I’m used to focusing on each dog as an individual. Many of the dogs I work with are anxious, reactive, older, or have health conditions and need a little extra care. I take the time to build a bond with every dog beforehand, helping them feel safe and comfortable so their big day is as calm and stress-free as possible. How can my dog be involved in the wedding?
Your dog can play many roles — from walking down the aisle, being a ring bearer, greeting guests or simply joining you for photos. I’ll work with you to decide what feels right for your dog’s personality.
Payment & Booking Steps

Reach out to express your interest and provide basic details about your wedding and dog/s.Virtual Meet & Greet
We’ll have a video call to discuss your plans for the day and to get to know your dog/s. If you’re happy to move forward, you have two options for arranging the in-person meet & greet:Option 1: Pay the 50% deposit now to secure your date, then arrange the in-person meet & greet closer to the wedding date.
Option 2: Arrange the in-person meet & greet within 4 weeks of your enquiry, then pay the 50% deposit afterwards to confirm your date.
We completely understand that trust needs to be built, and many couples prefer to wait until they’re fully happy with how we interact with their dog before committing to the deposit.

This is an opportunity for you, your dog, and us to spend time together and build rapport before the big day.Note: If you live more than 20 miles from me, there will be a £0.45 per mile charge for every mile outside of this radius to cover fuel costs.
Wedding Day
Relax and enjoy! We will help everything run smoothly.Final Payment – Remaining 50%
You have 14 days after the wedding to pay the remaining 50% of your bill, giving you time to enjoy your honeymoon. If you need a little longer, just contact us and we can arrange a suitable payment plan.
Important Notes:
if you choose Option 2, your date will only be pencilled in until the deposit is paid.
if you choose Option 2 and would like us to spend more time with your dog closer to the wedding date, additional walks, short pet sits, or visits can be arranged (at an additional cost) to help build a strong bond. The need for this will depend on your dog’s personality and how comfortable they are.
